The exterior stucco, rock, and roof have been completed. We are pleased with the progress and are anxious to get started on the landscaping.

Interior Detail Progress

The interior has most of the drywall completed with the light holy smooth texture. These pictures show some of the details with the arches and ceiling in the front entryway, hallway and great room

Progress on the exterior

The top picture is the first coat of the stucco. The color, a pretty olive brown should go on next week. The next picture shows the tiles on the roof ready to be placed and also shows 2 of the 6 skylights.

The stucco has been started. They did this much in one day...next post should show it all done.

This is a picture of the house after the framing.

The back shows the patio-master bedroom and great room window/doors. The front shows the walls for the courtyard.

Here's the view from the backyard looking out the the 13th fairway. THIS HOME IS ON THE GOLF COURSE!!

Insulation installed

The insulation is in and the sheetrock is ready to go on. The roof is also almost done.
