Kitchen bar with sinks and granite

The bar is done in the kitchen with 2 black granite sinks. We think it turned out beautifully.

Driveway and garage doors

The garage doors are painted and the driveway is poured. Once the driveway is sealed you will be able to see the brown color and stamped design.

Wood floors in the Casita and Great Room

These are pictures of the wood floor in the great room (top) and the casita (bottom). Pardon the dust, but we wanted to show the beautiful color of the wood. It is a dark hickory with almost 7" wide slats.

A sneak peak at the granite

Here's a sneak peak at the granite. It is almost ready to install and is breathtaking. The color is Minsk and is considered an exotic granite....you won't see it in very many homes as it is very hard to find.

One of the showers

This is one of the three travertine showers. It is almost completed and is turning out beautifully.

Kitchen Cabinets

The cabinets are in. They are a beautiful cherry wood with a pillow panel. This is the bar in the kitchen. It measures 134" x 72" and will have the sink. The stove will be right behind the bar.

More Interior Detail Progress

The interior painting is done on the walls and ceilings. The color isn't accurately depicted here because the skylights and windows are still covered, but the color is beautiful. The paint color is called Crisp Khaki. The ceilings are done in a 25% formula of the same color. The baseboards are next!! This picture shows looking down the hallway with the great room to the left.

Travertine floors

The travertine floors are done in the kitchen, laundry room, pantry, hallways and powder room. The first picture shows part of the kitchen and the second is in the kitchenette area of the casita looking out towards the great room.

The exterior stucco, rock, and roof have been completed. We are pleased with the progress and are anxious to get started on the landscaping.

Interior Detail Progress

The interior has most of the drywall completed with the light holy smooth texture. These pictures show some of the details with the arches and ceiling in the front entryway, hallway and great room

Progress on the exterior

The top picture is the first coat of the stucco. The color, a pretty olive brown should go on next week. The next picture shows the tiles on the roof ready to be placed and also shows 2 of the 6 skylights.
